We left a message and sent a messenger for someone to call regarding our wrong order. No call back so obviously no refund. We ordered four meals and got cold burgers, no fries, and no onion rings. We paid for all the above but didn't get most of the order. We get they are short staffed but at least give us what we paid for and hot would have been nice. We just gave them a huge tip I guess.

Such a disappointment. They repeated my order twice and still gave me the wrong blizzard. Even got it correctly on the receipt. Its hard to check stuff when they hand it to you in the drive through. It sucks thinking youll get what you order and not getting it.
