Official Staffs SUCKS... They have to start learning good manners. They have a real bad attitude. They will swear to do anything that you tell them to do regarding your apartment but as soon as you get out of the office do not never ever expect them to keep their words. To be honest, the main problem in this apartment is the official staffs.

I hate this apartment. When I applied to the apartment I was told I would be able to get the larger 1 bedroom that has full size washer / dryer hookups, after completing the entire process I was then told 'oops we made a mistake' and gave that apartment to someone else and offered the smaller apartment with stackable washer/dryer instead since they already had my money I sucked it up and took what was offered. BIG MISTAKE. I have now been here for 3 months , all of my things have been stacked up on tables, or a shelving unit that I had to buy as the ROACHES are such a problem. They have been doing weekly pest control spraying, however I have seen only the slightest of improvement, and can't even be sure if that is their doing as I also purchased OrthoHome max to spray down whatever area I happen to see an insect in, as there are several crevices and holes in all of the cabinetry. They have terrible plumbing, when showering the water is inconsistent and just alternates between hot and cold at will. I had a problem with all sinks in the apartment leaking and had to complain 4 times before they finally replaced the faulty pipes. I also had a problem with water dripping from the ceiling above my tub. The dishwasher is an ancient piece of junk with rusted over spots and the 2 times I tried to use it made my dishes smell mildewy and left a weird film on them. (I also ran a wash with nothing in it in attempt to clean the washer itself.) I now do all of my dishes by hand. Lastly the foundation is faulty. After spending some time really getting a good look at the place I found that they are large cracks in many of the walls which have been patched over, some better than others. DO NOT move here if you have any other options. **Update** Now under new management, still unimpressed. They shut down the online portal, and force you to actually go into the office to obtain and pay your bill by check or money order only. *Online payment is finally back up 4 months after the new compantbtook over. I did get the roach problem fixed by hiring outside help myself. Very thankful this lease is almost up. Also their base for annual increase is $50. This does not include any improvement or promise of attempted improvement. While the building itself was awful management used to make up for some of it. Now under urban communities building and management are both horrible

I loved it here !! I felt welcomed when I walked in. The greetings of Mrs.Jeanine were outstanding. Due to her welcoming spirit is why me and my roommate choosed to stay here over the other 5 choices we had. My roommate is currently still staying I unfortunately had to move back to college. But Mrs. Jeanine is like family I'll be visiting her when I come back. KUDOS TO MRS.JEANINE! She's truly a gem.

We have lived here 2 months and we love everything here Jeannie is the best person I have renting from we are senior citizens living on a fixed income and there is no problems what so ever and the maintince is wonderful also his name is William I think she is a GENIE in a BOTTLE just love everything here and her

I lived in this apartments for 2 years. While leaving they charged unnecessary fees although everything was fine. Manager SUCKS. I'll never return back to this apartments and I'll never recommend anybody to live there. They ripped off people.
