Kevin I'm sorry you feel that way. We have many happy customers and can not control freight or manufacturers. Most places are out 6 to 8 months. Your product which I ordered 6 months ago for our inventory was pushed back to the end of the month. When I was made aware of that I offered a loaner sectional from a different manufacturer with same style and color for you to use till yours came in. You decided to wait 4 more days and never gave a specific time for today's delivery! Again. NOONE in the city is giving loaner furniture. At 330 pm you were told I was waiting on the delivery truck to come back and then coming to you in the next 2 hours. You were aware of that. So if the buyer is to be aware that a manufacturer or tucking fails but the business still gets you brand new Furniture to use similar style for free until your comes in then you leave when the truck arrives at your house makes me the a bad business owner then I guess I'll wear that badge proudly. Please make sure you watch John Materese tonight on Channel 9 as he stated all stores are out 6 to 8 months. You have waited 3 weeks and buying the sectional for $1500 less then anywhere else. Buyer Beware you were getting the best pricing on the sectional and service anywhere!

BUYER BEWARE - I paid upfront for a a sofa that was said to be delivered that coming week. I patiently waited almost 2 weeks and nothing. I asked the owner and he stated "at least 2 more weeks". I waited 2 more weeks. I asked again and he said there's no date on when I'll get the sofa. Mind you, every time I reached out, I had to follow up because he would never get back with me. He said he had one like the sofa and that he could sell me in-place of or loan it to me. I accepted. I asked for it to be delivered on Monday. At 3:30p I had not heard from the owner and once again, I reached out. He said he was waiting for a truck. I asked if he could let me know one hour before they arrived, as I had been waiting home all day and had an errand. He said he would. I left and at 6:20p he texted and said "My apologies I didn't hit send .. I believe the delivery crew is at your house". I told him I was coming back and he said, I'll refund your money, no furniture. This guy is a piece of work. Be careful. Beware.
First of all you never offered $1689 you offered nothing! Let's get the story straight. You wanted a $3000 worth of merchandise for $1400 THAT IS NOT A REASONABLE OFFER! When we compared apples to apples we were the same price as the other store with assembly. You were extremely rude and God help the next furniture store. Even your spouse was embarrassed as he didn't want to assemble. You had your best deal. We are proud of our store and WE ACTUALLY HAVE THE PRODUCT UNLIKE OTHER STORES! SMH! UPDATE!! THE OTHER STORE DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT INSTOCK! SUPRPRISE SURPRISE! This is the response received! Those items are not in store so they would need ordered. Feel free to place an order directly through the website if you are interested We had the same sectional for $1899 assembled and Your remark was we can get it elsewhere for $1400 apparently you didn't. The laughs on you. Business owners work hard to get product. There is no need to sell to rude customers. Good luck with your event! I never leave bad reviews but this was above and beyond a bad experience. We came to furniture connection after seeing a Facebook marketplace listing that said they were getting rid of all ashley outdoor furniture and would not turn down a reasonable offer - my husband and I came into the store and offered $1689 for a $1889 price sectional and were told they are already $500 under any other store and there is no flex in the price.. so we pulled up the listing and said if there is no flex in the price why did they advertise they needed to get rid of it and make an offer? So we mentioned that there was another store that was selling similar furniture for similar prices (it was a different sectional for $1500, not the one we wanted) and he told us they were heroine heads and sell damaged furniture, so again we said, if you advertise there is flex in the price, you should honor that advertisement at which point the salesman told us to have a nice day that he didnt want our business. These people are far too proud of their products and are willing to send away paying customers without even a counter offer - truly offensive. Update: the below response is ridiculous. This guy obviously really hated being called out on his stuff I guess. My husband does want to assemble the furniture because we needed to buy today for an event tomorrow seems more like a case of a misogynistic company who doesnt like being made offers by women - if you look at all the 1 star comments they all seem to involve him mistreating women be aware!! Of course we didnt want $3000 of furniture for $1500, that would be ridiculous. We simply wanted them to honor their marketing and have some flex in the price of a $1800 sectional that we found brand new at Ashley furniture for $1900 when we left the store so I would advise anyone to just get it from the source and not deal with the disrespect of the salesman!

Its the warranty company responsibilities to give you a new sofa not the store. You were given a 5 year Warranty for free as part of your purchase. You received same day free delivery. There is very limited furniture. If the warranty company lived up to their part of the deal you would not be leaving this review. We are a furniture store not a warranty company. We have given 400 warranties with a total of 8 claims in 3 years. We have never had a issue with the warranty company or requested to be the warranty company that is why we pay them alot of money to handle any claims. We are not in the business to give furniture away as it is already impossible to get. Look in the mirror we have over 150 5 star reviews. I'm sorry you feel this way but AGAIN we are NOT the warranty company and you were not charged for the warranty. It was given as good faith gesture. The old saying a good deed never goes unpunished!

Whatever you do dont buy from this guy he offers you a warranty that is garbage I had a problem with my couch back in Oct of last year and the warranty company finally agreed to replace the couch and the owner would not give me a new couch he told us no he is nothing but a lier and doesn't stand behind what he sells buyer beware
