Be aware- the prices on the menu differ from the bill they bring you! I ordered chefs pierogies -$12 and draft beer- $7 (the prices are from the menu and you can check it online), but the waitress brought me a bill for $13 and $8. After I told her its wrong she insisted its not. I dont know what kind of scam they are running, but I dont advise anyone to go there.
It was a nice Polish restaurant located in Brooklyn (downtown?). I couldnt tell if these dishes was authentic but they were quite similar to the Germany food I had in other places. It did take some time to get our food served and different dishes tasted quite differently. The taste was generally light, not too salty, oily or creamy. All of them were in large portions. One thing to notice was that, they directly added 20% tip to the bill and still asked for tips when signing the bill without any reminders.
I was excited to dine here, but was really disappointed. Food is nowhere near as good as it should be for these prices. Portions are small and cheese was moldy. You can't serve good Polish food if your kitchen staff is from Mexico.
