Replacing skylight job done about 10-years ago & surprised and disappointed to see the shoddy workmanship that was done on the roof. Shingles over shingles over shingles and NAILS thru exposed shingles which ultimately caused multiple leaks & weight of skylight to give. Lost trust & respect.

I only gave 2 stars because although I am happy with the results the customer service was terrible! Very friendly people with 0 communication skills. I was very stressed through the whole process when I feel like it would of been much easier if we were all on the same page and communicated when I tried to do that I got no where. I got tired of that and repeating myself alot and repeatedly calling them to get answers.

Mr. Kennedy and the rest of his team are experienced professional and did an excellent job. He was extremely detailed oriented and walked us through the process from start to finish and finished on time as promised... Our kitchen came out great and we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend and use Mr. Kennedy again if i had to.

We had a water pipe burst, ruining my laundry room and living room space. Start to finish came out that night with fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. His crew came out the next morning to start demo and renovations. Jamie, Pat and their crew was very professional, caring and clean. Turn around time was a week and a half. I 1000% recommend Start to Finish.
Anthony, we apologize for the miscommunication, at the time of your loss we were very backed up with emergency work due to damaging storms. That is no excuse for not getting back to you in a more timely manner and we do apologize for that. When insurance companies and third parties are involved the estimate and approval process tends to be longer than we'd like and also with Covid some offices of the other parties are not always available. Again, we apologize and hope you will give us another chance to prove ourselves.

Absolute WORST customer service Ive experienced. Jamie came out to inspect my roof for a leak on 8/17. He left and said he would draw up the estimate and details and get back to me in a few days. I called a week later and said they were still working on it. Called another week later and left a voicemail. Called two days after that and the receptionist told me that Jamie was on the other line and would call me back right when he hung up. No call back. This then occurred two more times within the next two weeks. Over 3 weeks ago he came out, and I have still yet to receive an estimate or even a call back. Terrible business practices and terrible communication. No idea how they are still in business. STAY FAR AWAY from this shoddy company.
