Terrible, terrible management. Do not recommend. Repairs are slow, if ever, made. Here are some things in the common areas that have been broken, etc for weeks: the arm of the parking deck access gate; a/c in the hallways; one of the gas grills; at least 3 lights in the stairwells (a/k/a fire escapes); an elevator. Worthing is a terrible manager. I asked the community director the other day what steps they were doing to sanitize the gym in light of covid-19 and her response was first, it wasn't Worthing's responsibility and second, it was none of my business. Any reviews indicating something good are either from the prior management company (Matrix) or someone Worthing bribed with a gift card to say something nice. If you decide to rent here, you've been warned.

The amenities are nice, but as a guest, it's such a pain that the callbox at the guest parking lot doesn't work. It always says the line is in use, and you have to have someone come down to let you in every time. If you're watching a baby or cooking, you're totally out of luck.

The management and maintenance crew are exceptional! I've lived in several rental properties and this is the first place I can confidently say I love! If you have an issue, they take care of it instead of trying to push you away like other places. The residents are all very friendly. Because of the pandemic, most people are home and I rarely hear anything. Very quiet. Very clean. Great residents. AMAZING living experience all thanks to Shakira and Bobby!

I had the privilege of touring one of the city's finest apartments this weekend and I must say it was a great pleasure. My wife and I were seeking a two bedroom apartment including the amenities and security along with reasonable pricing we desperately desired. THIS is definitely close to school, work and close to the night life we enjoy about Atlanta. Jamaris our awesome host was well informed about the area and well acquainted with the residents. We already felt AT HOME. Sidney At Morningside is #LuxuryAPTGOALS this January 2022 and we're excited! We're telling friends and family and co-workers too! Thank you guys!

The Sidney at Morningside is poorly managed by Worthing Southeast, and that has ruined what was once a nice place. There has been a homeless man (a former tenant, who was evicted) "living" in our common areas and unlocked storage rooms for months and months. Worthing knows about this, but says it is the tenants responsibility to call the police. They have done nothing to make us safe, or catch this guy who we think still has his key fob so he can come and go as he pleases. As long as Worthing is manager, don't live here. I will not be renewing my lease.
