As we discussed by phone, the middle school volleyball team apparel brands and order deadline were determined by the coaches with the objective being a quick turnaround in an overall short season. We supplied sizing samples at the school, for every item listed online these samples were made available by the coaches for the entire week of the program. Additionally, we had sizing samples available for review at our store, with extended hours Monday-Saturday. As stated by our team member and on our website, all items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it has been determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. If you believe the manufacturer incorrectly labeled the sweatshirt, please stop by our store showroom within two weeks, for further inspection. If it is determined that the sweatshirt was incorrectly labeled by the manufacturer, we will provide a replacement, of the same size, at no charge, or refund that portion of your order. Thank you again for your feedback.

Spent over $100 on athletic wear. My medium shirt came in and it was the size of an XL. When I called to see what could be done about it, I was told all sales are final and I should have tried on a sample. Parents were given 2 days to try samples, I work and wasn't able to. Not to mention I had bought a sweatshirt in the past from them, that was a Medium, and it fit fine. There was no sympathy or care for customer service. I'm beyond disappointed. You've lost a future customer for sure. There's lots of other print shops to buy from in L.O.

I personally reviewed your order from June 27, 2019 with the order delivered earlier today October 9, 2020 at 1:12 P.M. 2019 Badger Performance Hoodie (Size 2XL) Badger L/S Performance Tee (Size XL) 2020 Gildan Cotton Hoodie (Size 2XL) Badger Performance S/S Tee (Size XL) Gildan Long Sleeve Cotton Shirt (Size XL) Custom Threads & Sports has managed the spirit wear program for Clarkston High School Football for many years. Due to the restrictions placed on us by Clarkston Schools, regarding COVID-19, we were not permitted to offer sizing samples at the field as we have done in previous years Although samples were not provided at the field, we did offer a full-size range of samples in our showroom (~15 minutes from Clarkston High School) and provided detailed sizing charts for every item, on the online store. As stated by our team member and on our website, all items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it has been determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. If you believe the manufacturer incorrectly sized the item please stop by our store showroom, so that we can research this concern further. Just hung up with Custom Threads. Placed an order for my son's football team. We purchased the next size up for all of his items and when we received them today, they were smaller than the sized we ordered last year. I immediately called Custom Threads to request to replace the order for the correct sizes. The woman I spoke with flat out said things are made to order, she would not be placing any further orders to fix anything and that we were stuck with what we had. Keep in mind, my son is 6'4", 250. I ordered a 2XL sweatshirt and 2 XL shirts. All of which were too small. Last year he was in an XL for his sweatshirt and L for his shirts. It's disappointing the amount of money spent vs the customer service. Update: as stated in conversation, was happy to purchase new apparel. Unfortunately, Custom Threads does not appreciate business. Thankful, we are able to purchase a full array of athletic attire which will actually fit our son... From another source. Please keep in mind, the clothes from last year... Larger in size than what was produced today. I left this review in hopes of providing an opportunity for Custom Threads to alter poor business practices in customer service. As found out just now, such is not the case.
