The bed that I bought isnt good quality. I had to purchase additional pieces from Home Depot to make it a little more secure. Not even 2 months after assembling the bed its broke.

Daughter bought bed rails on Saturday 4/16/22 and was directed to back dock area for pick up. A young man called to her as she sat in vehicle w/ the back of her vehicle open for ease of placement. She got out of vehicle to see what he wanted and noted box was torn open on one end w/ rails practically hanging out; she requested another unopened box but was told they only had the one. He offered very little assistance and in general little customer consideration. Had she not needed the rails that day she would have waited on Amazon delivery and forgone the experience with this uncaring, unconcerned male employee.

Sorry to hear your order was delayed. We are doing our best and speaking with the manufacturers daily. It's an industry wide issue not a store issue. Manufacturing facilities that were impacted by the pandemic are operating at maybe 30-40% of their capacity which caused delay's nation wide. Please understand these delays are out of our control.

My order took double time to arrive and even though it was a major inconvenience Huck Finn's did not compensate me for my inconvenience which was highly disappointing. I am going to think twice about ever ordering anything else from the warehouse online
