A word of caution. I have never experienced such bad customer service ever. My representative was not timely with answering emails and took about 3 days to get a response. My boxes took forever to ship and they want to argue over the amount of time when they told me my boxes were ready. This is not an American company and everyone has an accent. This is a foreign company masquerading as American so beware!This company was recommended by a friend in a facebook group for ecommerce. I have shared my experience with everyone and let them know, expect a rough ride. I will not be using this company every again.

Brad Jones was my customer rep through my order process. Brad assured me the boxes would be American made and is the only reason I decided to choose this company(they are more expensive than others). He was quick to take my money and provide me the "best" price. After several emails finalizing my custom box, the specifications were as they should be. When I received my order, the logo on the custom boxes were not aligned properly on the front or the side. Many boxes had blemishes, and being a white box, they could not be used. Dull cutters may have also been used, the boxes have damage or tears at the cutting areas. The boxes arrived from Pakistan via DHL, not the USA. Brad was quick to blame me, the customer, for the misalignment issues and the damages and did not want to take responsibility. His last email stated "HI James, Let me discuss this matter with my superiors, I will get back to you. Regards, " ...and I have never heard back from him since. I would avoid buying any custom boxes from this company as they outsource all of their production while telling customers they "Print in the USA." They blame their customers for mistakes caused by overseas manufacturing. Did not take responsibility, and provided no solution to rectify the problems.

After speaking to Bill & explaining what we are needing, he was so helpful. He even made suggestions that we hadn't thought of & our boxes were so much more than expected. I worked with Ben Johnson at The Custom Boxes on a project and I was very happy with the customer service they provided. I had a clear but vague idea of what I wanted and they were able to create the box I envisioned from the sample images and mockups I provided. At one point during production they encountered a concern and brought it to my attention with a few ideas on how we can address it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I appreciate the expertise they provided. Overall we were very happy with the quality of the boxes as well. There were a small handful of boxes that did not print as cleanly as we would have liked but we feel that's to be expected. We bought extras in anticipation that we would be tossing a few of them so we don't feel like we're at a loss because a few boxes did not meet our standards. Like I said, we were very happy with the quality of the boxes and will probably give The Custom Boxes our business again should we need more boxes in the future.

I'm not the press operator here any longer so I will not say anything from this day forward about this company other than go somewhere else they lie to everyone I ran good Quality work for them and they don't appreciate good hard workers at all . So they let most of all there good employees go so beware of what you get into with them . There sales team are all over seas in Pakistan and you will never meet them in case you need personal attention so find a real carton print shop to deal with that will give you want you need
