Definitely wont revisit, there service is slow & unorganized. The wait times for your food are so long & to receive your food cold makes matters much worse!

Ive been to SOCU twice and both times were amazing. Sat at the bar and ordered a dirty martini, salads, and shared the fried chicken entree with multiple sides. Monica provided hands down the best service ever even though they were slammed. She was so kind and made our night. Best fried chicken in Mobile. Collard greens amazing- seasoned to perfection. Great service, a fun vibe. Highly recommend!

We were there for an extended Valentine's Day dinner. We went sacifically to get the grilled oysters but they weren't available. So we ordered from their Valentine's Dinner Menu. My husband got the Duck and I ordered the lamb chops. We waited almost an hour for our food to arrive at the table cold. I'm not saying room temperature, but refrigerator cold. They took it back and when they return with our food, the entrees we're warmer, but the sides were nearly warm. A very disappointing experience. We've been there several times before and never felt like a wasted trip. We traveled over 60 miles for what we planned would be a nice evening. We've recommended this place to family and friends. They have definitely gone down. Would definitely recommend that kitchen staff be retrained and that they install an elevator. Maybe the food would be hot when served! Although, it wouldn't help tonight.
