Took my air ram there to be repaired under warranty the repair was only minor but had to come back two days later and when I got home I noticed because it's rechargeable vacuum they forgot to replace the battery they promise the post it out that day after I got home and failed to do so took till the next day and found out that it still hadn't been posted and then was told I must have took the battery out which I didn't but to their credit they're posting out a new battery for me to save me driving all that way back in again but the girl fail to call back to let me know the postage number so I can track it enclosing the air is a good all round vacuum but is noisy.

The BISSELL Powerfresh V Steam Mop 1979K works well until it comes close to the end of your warranty. The moment it has passed the 12-month, it breaks down. I speak with experience, with 3 purchase of the same, once replaced, and the exact same problem occurred. Support is available, however, the product durability is a very poor quality - NO DURABILITY. Invest in a different company and get a reliable steamer. The low cost isn't worth it. Invest for the long term, as it will all total to the same amount for poorer quality.

I purchased the Bissell Spot cleaner after my mother told me how amazing it is. I have a 3 year old, a newborn and a German Shepherd and my house is carpeted throughout. The spot cleaner is perfect for our family cleaning up messes like they never happened. Its a great size so easy to store in the cupboard and super easy to use. So happy with my purchase that I have now ordered the Proheat x2 pet revolution carpet cleaner to do my whole house. By far the best spot carpet cleaner I have used.

I have just bought the CrossWave Pet and it is AWESOME!!!! It was a little disturbing seeing how black the water was after the first use, made me realise that the old mop and bucket really wasnt as effective as I thought it was. I have 2 cats and 1 dog, so this machine is going to be a godsend. Love how easy it is to use and keep clean

DO NOT BUY FROM BISSELL! Our vacuum has broken 3 times, the first time was 2 months after purchasing it back in 2020. Apparently they are out of stock with the part we require (have been since mid 2021) and we have now been waiting over 2 months for a 'whole new vacuum' to be sent!! Customer service is poor and quality of goods is poor!! Do not recommend, it will be a waste of your time!
