Rex, I'm disheartened that you've taken to google reviews (your only review) to voice your displeasure. We've always been a store that takes customer issues seriously and we don't skirt around our responsibilities to communicate with our community whether good or bad. That being said... We tried to be as accommodating as possible in giving you a full refund & a second tree without so much as a question. We have sold over 500 trees this season without one complaint or query as to the quality. Your claim of insects turned out to be termites upon your further inspection. We politely & discreetly concluded that the problem was in most likeliness an internal issue. We took your claim to heart & immediately inspected all of our trees with no signs of any infestation. On top of that, each tree you received came from completely separate farms and arrived at different points in the season. So the chances of you taking home the only two infected trees would be very rare. Regardless, we're still saddened it disrupted your holiday season & we hope you eventually found a tree you were happy with. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

They have gorgeous Christmas Trees except for the fact that they have bugs. They were nice enough though to give me a full refund. So, overall not too bad in my book. I think they just got a bad shipment of trees. The rest of the store and its employees are amazing. So we will go back for everything else except the trees lol Edit: I don't appreciate the response back from the store. They are trying to claim we have termites in out home which makes no sense because we never saw a single bug before or after their trees. We have a new tree from somewhere else and not a single problem. It was one thing to gas light me in the store, but now to do it online is a different story. And I thought I posted a pretty positive review despite my issue with the trees. Guess we won't be returning there after all. Thought maybe they had a bad shipment of trees that month and maybe others were better and we just had the bad luck bu. BUT considering the information the store shared I would be weary of buying any trees or plants, heck anything from them again. What a shame. Happy Holidays! Originally gave 3 stars and now changed it to 1 star

I can for the urban garden center and I was in heaven! So many amazing healthy plants with labels and staff to help you out! Even a section of sale plants, and a cool collectors section of rare plants. Everything you can think of from cactus species, air plants, hanging plants, tropicals, marimo balls and even supplies for your plants! Say hi to the african gray parrot right inside the hardware store and hear him meow or making popping sounds! Just a great overall trip, and left with a new plant for my collection!

It used to be a cool place to shop. Now, its a mixed bag. Based on my todays emergency shopping trip and entitlement attitude I received - Id rather shop someplace else.
