We understand that that would have had to have been incredibly frustrating, and have been working with the fire department and our vendor today to understand what happened. It's important to note that while frustrating, these are not false fire alarms. It's critical that these alarms function and go off appropriately for a number of safety issues, not just active fire. In the last 3 months we have had numerous false fire alarms. No notice given whatsoever, the most recent was at 4:15 am and lasted an hour. So if you like unprompted wakeup calls and/or waiting disoriented in the cold for an hour, sign a lease here. Last time (yes you read that right), we had a series of false fire alarms numerous apartments flooded. I'm curious which tenants will need to call their insurance after this bout of alarms. I took plenty of photos of their temporary fix---don't worry I already asked Broomfield FD, and covering fire alarms is a code violation. It appears there's a pattern with this building and its management. Go ahead and look at reviews from 2016. You'll see something in common with mine. Edit after move out: Expect them to conveniently find charges that add up to the whole security deposit. I paid $95 for their cleaning service (which they tried to charge me twice for) and their cleaning service apparently couldn't vacuum carpet floors adequately. Management now claims unvacuumed dog hair necessitates replacement of the entire carpet. Sure... I'll not stick with AMLI properties in the future. I expect this behavior from shady management companies not a national chain.

Front staff was cool for the most part, nice gym, great views, depending on where your apartment is, and actual apartment was pretty nice. They have/had an online social media sorta thing were people can sell things and mention parties, which was cool. The best part about that was reading all the petty comments residents had. That being said, the residents here complain a lot. One guy forgot he lived in an apartment and didn't want us to walk in our apartment after 7:30 because the wood creaked. So the people actually living there were a bit hard to handle.

Mckenna with Amli at Interlocken is amazing. If you have any questions or concerns she makes herself available and communicates clearly. When moving into my unit she really set everything up so it felt like home. I feel like I can reach out to her with any regards to the apartment and she will do her best to help.

A wonderful place to live with amazing views, great amenities, and an even better community of people. The AMLI staff is fantastic as well! They are always ready to help with anything you may need. I dont think I could have picked a better complex to be at!

At first I thought Thomas, Brenna, Maria, and Kyle were professionals, unfortunately I was mistaken. I noticed that while I spoke to whoever answered the phone in the office, either Thomas or Brenna, neither of them communicated to each other. Each time I called to get more info or give more info, neither one knew where the other left off as they processed my application. I informed Thomas, a couple weeks prior to the original lease date that I needed to change it. He told me it would not be problem and the price change would be marginal. Fast forward two weeks, they take my deposit on the same day they inform me my lease start date has not changed. They say, you can either pay the pro-rated rent for original start date or you can pay an additional $100 more in rent per month. I tried to reason with them to no avail, so then asked to cancel and a refund of my deposit. They have not refunded me and each time I call they either, screen me, take a message promising a later call back, or ask for me to call back. I still have yet to make contact, as the supposed manager Kyle has not returned my calls or taken the phone when Maria answers it and says he is in the office. Plain and simple, they swindled me. Be weary with all leasing companies and especially AMLI at Interlocken.
