Very bad and unethical company. They took away my USD 1150 ( Security Deposit) + USD 100 ( For blocking the room) without ever signing an agreement with me for an apartment. Please stay away from them. I have never heard of any apartment company to take away your security deposit without ever signing an apartment agreement with them least to say that I didn't even stay in their apartment even for a day. They have taken away my hard earned money. They have right to take the USD 100 for blocking the apartment room but they shouldn't have touched my security deposit and should have graciously returned that money to me. They never did that and they are such a company that they have even stopped answering my email after responding to my email only once. Please stay away from them if you want not to lose your hard earned money.

Terrible management. Everyone that works in the front office are RUDE! And they dont care. The cost of this place is way to high for an old building with cruddy piping.... twice my apartment has flooded and they are not doing anything about it to immediately fix it. I have mold growing in my walls from the first flood!!

After living here for 5 years , even though the building is old, managers and maintenance crew are very helpful and cooperative. Customer service is a plus! Maintenance requests in my apartment was always complete on time. Thank you for making my 5 years living here a welcomed stay.

Muy buen manager Isabel, un trato muy amable, ya vamos para el año viviendo aquí y el mantenimiento y servicios merecen 5 estrellas, inmediatamente lo solucionan. Y los departamentos están en muy buen estado, siento que es la higiene de cada persona el mantenerlos. La foto es del estacionamiento es donde estaba en este momento. La alberca está espectacular me encanta, está enorme y tiene área como para niños pequeños, y el yacusi está genial
