Called the Dealership to try to set up appointment to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. The owner of of dealership was extremely rude on the phone. I was stunned that someone would be that rude to a potential client. Youve been warned stay away from this fly by night dealership .

Wow! There are exceptions to every rule! Or if? You have an impression that Independent Dealers are Risky? Because as a rule, they sure as heck are! Then there are the Wonderful Exceptions like Discover Pre-Owned Auto Sales. Frank Palmisano is the Owner. Have known him for well over 30 years! He is a Great Guy, as well as a Really Good Car Man! Unlike most Independent Dealers where truly "caveat emptor" should be posted boldy in several locations! This is as nice as going to any New Car Franchise is North Scottsdale and looking at their Inventory! Not Beaters, and Cars that have been smashed and fixed! But cars that anyone would be proud to own or buy! In this case is was a 2013 Tesla Model S with just over 76k 1-Owner miles. What a Beauty! He of course had it inspected by Tesla as well as personally purchased the Car. Anyway, their Finance Manager Anthony was a Pleasure to work with! What a professional as well as helped us get a great rate! I am kinda knowledgeable about Cars and Car Dealers! These folks are truly a cut above!!

We cant say enough wonderful things about Frank and the staff at Discover. This was our first time buying from Discover Pre Owned. We live over 2100 miles away and could not be more satisfied with the process. Everything Frank told us about the vehicle over the phone was 100% accurate. Every aspect, from the deal to the sale and delivery was handled professionally. We absolutely love our car and would do business with Discover again. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
