I bought my home in July 2020. I noticed some issues that were not complete or defective. I brought up the discrepancies with the owner and the project manager. I was assured that these issues would be addressed. I have sent emails repeatedly with no replies. I met with the builder today and expressed my concerns regarding the matters I had provided. Within minutes I received a phone call from the company who installed the back door. They came out today and resolved this issue. We still await resolution of two more matters before I will update my score.
