This businesses owner would rather be right than provide any level of customer service or support when SMP makes a mistake. And they make plenty! But don't point it out if it happens, because it will disrespectfully be twisted into the blame game. At which point Mike will let you know that he was a state trooper for21 years and then tell you somehow that the mistake is actually your fault. I would not recommend this business if the world was on fire and they were selling the last bucket of water!

Hi Michael - Sorry not a 5 Star Review. 1st, We sell apparel. 2nd, When we do choose to decorate on "Outside Apparel" we take 100% Responsibility. If we damage your goods, we would have to replace it. Sometimes it's not worth the risk on some products. Sorry :( Good Luck!

Fast and great designs. They designed a flyer for my company and it was ready in 2 days and it looked amazing. Melissa who I think is the owner really was so patient; most design centers would not have spent so much time on this. I look forward to doing business with these guys again.

I stopped by the store with a problem with one of the products. It was my first time in the store and I was impressed and did plan on buying additional promotional products. Unfortunately the gentleman at the store was abrupt, and not at all helpful. Repeating its not my problem is not helpful at all. Really unfortunate.
