We were seated at 1742. No one came to get drink order and after 10 minutes 2 other tables were seated around us. Servers came to get their orders then at 1800 I asked another server who had out table they said they didn't know anyone was even there although all tables around us had been filled. I went to hostess stand and she seemed to not understand how we had not been helped. So after 20 minutes of waiting with only a party of 4, including 2 kids, and it being mothers day. We opted we rather leave and drive the hour back home than wait.

We rely on the feedback of our guests to make improvements in the everyday operation of our business. However, on this rare occasion, your public review about what was stated and actual events are not identical. First, it was not the owner that was handling the situation it was one of our managers. To also be clear, it was not an issue with the quality of food but was an issue about the price after the pizza was largely consumed and she boxed to take home. The manager said no insults what so ever and we do not negotiate prices that are clearly stated on our menu. Finally, the manager on duty felt that she was so adamant not to pay he only had the choice to call the police. The owner is a blatant racist that I witnessed call the police on a patron that disputed the cost of an uneaten pizza that was sent back. The owner blurted insults at the patron, refused to present a receipt and even made claims that the patron was not vegan. It was quite ridiculous and they should be shut down
