My appointment was at noon so I arrived there at 11:15am to use the Spa amenities; Jacuzzi, sauna and wet room. Unfortunately I could not use any of these amenities as all of them were full of people who were too loud. It was literally physically impossible to get inside the Jacuzzi or the sauna I waited for more than Half an hour but the capacity did not change so I went to the quiet room to relax a little bit before I go to my treatment even that room was full of people but at least it was a quiet. My appointment was at noon for 50 minute facial treatment. She came and took me to the service room at 12:10pm (she was 10 minutes late) had me fill some papers and by the time she started working on me it was 12:15pm. So since she was 10min late and started working on me at 12:15pm, I expected she will end my treatment 15 min latter but that did not happen, she was done by 12:50pm sharp instead of 1:05pm. So my treatment ended up to be 35 minutes and not 50 minutes just because she was running late. I went to take a shower after the treatment, all showers were full and I had to wait. Changing rooms were full , loud and dirty. At the point, I was so done with that place So I decided to just leave without a shower. It was really very disappointing and I felt more stressed leaving that place than when I first came. Paying $255.00 for half an hour facial and not be able to use any of the amenities and leaving less rested and more agitated from the noise makes the whole experience unpleasant, It was very disappointing and just waste of money.
the towels, all bedding linens, and robes are CLEAN. The Robes are 100% cashmere. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Only 20$ to enhance your massage. Room atmosphere are set to perfect relaxation. Assessments are done before your session. Their Lemonade and Fruit water is Delicious. The Spa was clean and aroma therapy filled the air. Burke Williams Spa is a place to relax and be pampered.

Im big on well-being and love to be pampered with massages. I come here often, but my last few visits havent been good. They are always late now. Today I had an appointment at 4:30pm and they were over 20 minutes late. I told the front desk as I was checking out and they didnt offer me anything. Not even a discount. Poor customer service in my opinion. They should have done something 20%?
