Come From Away is incredible, the theater itself is a bit dated. The set of the show is a lot different from the 1800s design of the theater. Bathrooms were kind of gross with yellow walls and dull lighting. However seats were comfortable and legroom was alright. Most of the staff was very kind and I'll never forget being able to see Alasdair Harvey's last show by coincidence and meet Alice Fearn after the show!
West end location, a smaller sized theatre with a warm, cosy feel to it. We were on the 2nd row in partially restricted view seats, looking up at the stage but apart from not being able to see people's feet, all was fine! Theatre staff were professional and the usual facilities were available, but there was the standard queue to use the ladies As for the show we saw, ' Come From Away' - I can't recommend it highly enough. A family friendly, absolutely feel good experience!
Come Far Away is a fantastic production and a great story I never knew. It's 2.5hrs with no interval so be careful on the drinks. A tear jerker in parts, very well written with just 12 cast members playing both the airline passengers stranded due to the events of 9/11, and also the locals of the town which took them in for 5 days. Would put this musical on par with Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen - highly recommended
