Zero effective customer support. Appears as if every single piece of software we are using has expired and we are simply getting chained along trying to figure out what is need to do what we used to do. Way too much confusion as to what the problem is,wt alone a resolution. Tried several calls to try to get someone to simply sell me what I need and move forward. Upon review and finally getting a response the software has at least presented an interface that seems correct, without having to randomly upgrade software that may or may not be expired. Frustration that software can stall production for several days.

This Company is the worst! Their customer service is horrible and hung up on us when trying to resolve a problem with installing they're software. Do Not Buy their Product or Support this company!

I have never had a worse experience with a company do not use them unless you enjoy being degraded by the support people. Nothing but insults and grief over one simple request. Oh yeah and they want to charge you $90 minimum just for a phone call. There are much better companies out there DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!
