I am writing on behalf of my elderly Mum. In 2016 she purchased a contract from this shop for a very ,very basic phone.She paid approx 16 a month ( expensive) . In 2018 her contract was due for renewal, instead of recommending a SIM only or pay as you go ,as phone was still perfectly adequate they sold her a new contract for MORE money! After speaking to myself she went in to question what she was paying for the gentleman????? Answered 'You signed the contract '. My Mum is 83 and can only just text! Since then I checked both contracts she should have received a new phone when the second contract was issued which she didn't need and never actually received. After contacting ee the issue has been resolved, no thanks to go mobile Sidmouth. We won't be going there again.
Absolute rubish after buying phone case and split 2 weeks after and wount replace. If I could I would put 0 stars.10 pound down the drain do not buy there dogy items.!!
