Just came into day actually! Store was nice but was looking at sunglasses and clothing with my mother and siblings. With them being watched and attended she felt the need to drop comments to my younger sisters to put them back so they wont be stretched or broken. After this we left and honestly disappointed due to driving 45 min to come here. Will never come back. Great thanks to the older white haired lady who did this! Reply to owner: My siblings never threw anything on the floor! Now you are making stuff up! Thank you and well never be coming back!

I am not happy with this establishment at all. Please read your contract carefully because they will not tell you the particulars of it. I called every month on the 21st to find out if any of my items had sold. Well..... supposedly I didn't call and they "gave" my check to charity, but provided no proof of said charity. She states in her response that they inform each client with the details of the contract...not true. As a matter of fact she/staff didn't inform me of any details and while I was there there was a customer there that signed a contract and there was NO explanations given in regards to the contract. I decided to close my account out and pick up my remaining items and one of my items a Raymond Weil watch was missing. I am beyond upset about it and all the owner could say was "sorry I don't know what to tell you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items". The owner is presenting herself as a Christian but the way she treated me gives Christian's a bad name! She had no concern and went back to checking her phone. She may have a large variety of designer clothes but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I received a "cut and paste" reply to my review from them. It was just as shallow as the owner which I am sure didn't write it. She states that I can look through the store anytime I want for my watch but I searched for the watch three times and other employees searched as well. If it's not there it won't certainly materialize out of thin air. And...how can this store be the largest designer resale in Texas and be a "small business" at the same time. The reply reads extremely sappy and fake!

This is the best resale shop/boutique ever! After scheduling an appointment and thoroughly reading their guidelines and tips on-line, for consignment clothing etc., I brought in a few things and was pleasantly surprised by a very big wide open atmosphere of bright cheerful deco and nicely organized racks of clothing/shoes, jewelry cases, a custom perfume booth and a very tidy check-in room. The staff was very warm and welcoming as I walked thru in amazement of an entire warehouse of Diva Wear Galore! My check-in of resale items was easy and they use a computer system to log in all inventory assuring all items are received and accounted for. I highly recommend this easy access resale boutique to shop till you drop with great pricing! They also have a secondary department to take donations for womens shelters and such. A wonderful place with helping hands!

Ann and Maria, why do the same nasty review. Same person so same response from the owner: The Designer Diva Team are the most caring, loving, helpful, compassionate Christian Team. We are known for the Best Customer Service and voted the Best if the Best 11 years in a row. We have been in business 16 years and we would never treat anyone mean. Not even when people are rude to us (which is very seldom). We answer all emails, Facebook messenger, Facebook page messages, text, any message we answer ASAP. We do not steal and we never take advantage of anyone. We pray for you and your family and know that we have Gods love in our hearts for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Neither for consignment nor shopping. I could go on and on about how rude and unprofessional these people are. My family had a horrible experience with consignment. Nobody ever returned emails, they kept sending us around in circles and after over a year and over 20 emails and messages trying to get an answer about our items they said our items were donated. Excuses were always Covid and that they were moving and never had time to look into it. Saw many reviews on Facebook of people who went through the same thing. So in my mind they are pocketing the money from everyone. My shopping experience was also horrible. They follow you everywhere around the store like youre about to steal something, and then the lady heard my mom mention that I was getting married next year and she managed to follow me around shoving her phone in my face trying to sell me her wedding dress, I told her it wasnt my style and she still kept pressuring me and showing me more pictures. At that point we just had to leave. So, dont ever shop here and dont even think about selling your clothes here. You get more just donating them on your own!
