The facility did not package product correctly and receiver rejected the load. The driver had to go to a repackaging facility to get it repackaged which cost $1,000. If your driver is not experienced, 5+ years I wouldn'tre commend sending them here. The driver has to be able to recognize the packaging flaws in scrap metal to avoid what we went through.
