we went for my husband`s case consultation. Mr Ali Zakria wanted to get my husband`s FOIA so we paid for it. after studding his case Mr Zakria said there is only one way my husband can get his Green card and for that my husband has to leave the country for interview. we were little concerned and I didnt want him to leave country, It has come to my attention through another attorney that my husband has a permanent bar with absolutely NO waiver available until he is outside the US for 10 years. I am VERY concerned you did not inform me of this. It would have ruined my life to be serrated like this. I am glad i didnt hire Mr Zakria and didnt send my husband to pakistan for interview. I hired another attorney and my husband didnt have to leave county and he still got his green card. And Mr Zakria we paid for FOIA so you should have study my husband`s case before suggesting us to leave USA. please do your research before hiring him.

I was referred by someone to talk to this law firm but unfortunately they wanted me to pay upfront a big chunk even before checking if my case is vaild and they can accept it or not. I only had a simple question and based on the answer I would pay. All other professional law firms provide a free consultation call. After some discussion they put me on hold and ignored me for more than 45 mins. I will never call or work with law firm office again.
