My children come home with tears in their eyes each day, please do not send your children here! The office woman is extremely confrontational, she has yelled at me several times, and even put hands on my son, pushing him back when he tried to enter (he is only 6 years old and didnt know he had to have his temp taken, he was only following his sister inside). When I called to discuss this, I had to leave a message and was never returned with a call, or anything! My children tell me every day that they arent allowed to play, they get yelled at and shamed for doing anything besides being in a seat, for HOURS. My daughter asks for help on school work and is brushed off, while the care taker yells at the class. If I wasnt FORCED to work and had anywhere else to send my children, I would!

Our Club is constantly working hard to improve all aspects of the Club experience. We are so sorry to hear yours was so negative, especially with regard to the food. All the lunches we provide are cold lunches, such as sandwiches, because they are made fresh and provided by an outside company that is required to abide by health and safety guidelines outlined by the State of California. If this was not the case, we would appreciate more information and to meet with you at our Club to discuss. We never want anyone to have these types of experiences and hope you will give us the opportunity to rectify this situation. Thank you for your feedback.

The food is ABSOLUTELY not edible. The kids are left here expecting good food and they get a hard sandwich or a cold lunch. Some of the kids found flies in the food.

Great program! Super affordable, they provide transportation from school to the facility. Staff is amazing always so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend it to everyone, looking for an after school program for their kids!

I witnessed a 'latina' employee talking very rudely to a group of kids. The manager of the facility (Ruben) was present as it was happening and did not step in or look bothered by it. I highly suggest that he train his unprofessional, rude, mean, and low class staff member about how to properly interact with children. Please hire more evolved people to work with the children.
