All prospect tenants are charged a deposit of $500 when submitting an application. Once the application is approved, this deposit is non-refundable and forfeited if move-in does not occur. The $500 deposit is called a "holding deposit," which is well known to be illegal in Massachusetts. The only legal type of deposit is the security deposit, which can only be charged when or after signing a lease.

I lived in this place five years ago when it was called archestone or some thing like that. I have to admit that this place provided me with the best experience any one can have. The apartments are spacious and super clean. The view is fabulous. Most importantly, the staff was helpful and understanding. They refunded me the deposit in a timely manner. I have been living in two states other than MA, and I can say that this place is the best among all.

Hi, Thank you for have Excellent service in Eaves North Quincy apartment. I am an international student who moved in last January. I found more kind staffes work in Eaves N Quincy. especially, Ms. Ashley, she helped me a lot. I came with poor information about Quincy area because I moved from another state. she gave me more information about it and an apartments here. she helped me to move in confortable. I am so happy because she works in leasing office. I asked her help more than five times and she was helpful always. Hmad :)

Will never recommend this apartment to anyone with a car. No security cameras available. My new car got all 4 tyres stolen. Bad guys smashed the front passenger window.
