Hello, sorry you had negative experience. Usually only drivers who come without appointment are delayed. We cannot unload even one car if there are drivers who checked in with earlier appointments. My driver went to deliver 1 car and it took them 4 hrs to unload just 1 car, he had to deliver the rest of the cars late, til the next day to other shipping yards and was charged for delivering them late, very unprofessional keeping drivers wait that long specially when they're coming from out of town it messes up their time of delivery, not recommendable

"Weekly departures?..." No way! Their website is misleading the customers. A package sent to Europe was still within the U.S. after 1 1/2 months.

Hello, you were shipping vehicles during extreme congestion after hurricane harvey. When whole texas region was experiencing delays in sailing and lack of equipment (empty containers). At the end when situation was improving you decided to pull your units to another company.Our normal operation is 1-2 weeks shipping after receiving.

If there is no stars. I will give theses shittty comapny zeroooo stars. They respect the money not the costumers. I have shipped many cars with them and they did not respect me when they got many cars. I endded up taking my cars out. The boss of the place is a fat bulshit yellow hair guy whose teeth more dirt than my shoes. I am fully frustrated with this company.
