The lifts are hardly working, the pool on level 40 doesnt have heating, the bin chutes are out of service and the staff are rude and unprofessional

Picked a two room option for a family Easter Weekend away, cost just over $900. Location wise its great. Near to everything and with good parking. Unfortunately it comes across as a cheap knockoff of a hotel. Everything is there but the quality is sub par. Small holes in the sofa material, chairs that look nice but are very uncomfortable to sit in, showers that work but arent thought out so the whole floor gets covered in water when you use it, only two out of four lifts working, windows that blow closed all the time, a cheap rug that curls at edges and trips you up, very dirty windows, hotel coffee shop closed all Easter weekend etc nothing actually bad but everything was a little subpar.

Stayed on the 80th floor, best view can't say this enough THE BEST VIEW ! Central, to the mall,cafes public transport easy walk to South Bank or the Valley.
