My salad was ruined today because it was drowned in dressing when I requested a medium amount. I recommend you get your salad dressing on the side.

I love eating here but the last few times the quality of my salad has been lacking. Yesterday, I purchased the Sweet Bowl Alabama for lunch and the rice looked extra dark and my sweet potatoes weren't thoroughly cooked. I didn't call to complain because I love the place. Fast forward to this morning and I have diarrhea and nausea. The salad was the only thing I ate yesterday and I still haven't eaten because a lack of appetite. I know that inflation is real but don't omit quality and integrity in the ingredients being served to your patrons!

On the online ordering you can select to have heavy dressing on the salad. By default "on side" is selected, but you can click that and change it so that the dressing is on the salad (light, meeting, or heavy). We will work with the team to try and improve our processes. Love coming into the store and placing an order, but ordering online is a disappointment. I hate a dry salad and even though its always specified heavy on my orders I end up with little to none at all. Ruins my whole lunch.
