DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are as shady as it comes. I cannot put into words how terrible our experience was and the only reason we had buses (after paying this company THOUSANDS of dollars) is because I took the initiative to follow up with the contracted companies. I cannot say enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They're a total scam. I needed to book a couple shuttles for a wedding and went with CC because they were the cheapest. Big mistake ... they basically no-showed and it took a long time to be reimbursed. Total joke of an organization.

I used Coach Connection USA to charter my bridal shower and it was beautiful. The limo bus they provided for us was amazing. It was very clean, leather seats, and very comfortable. I was so stressed out for my wedding and everything was becoming a headache I didnt want to deal with anything but Kaitlyn one of the sales representative to all the pressure off my shoulders and I thank her for that.

The National Institute of Health had a great time at our convention in Ohio. We had enough space to accommodate everyone, they were on time, and the bus was neat and clean. The Institute was very please with Coach Connections USA effort in making this trip a success!

!! CAUTION !! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Coach Connections, LLC. does not even own their buses. They use other companies to provide their transportation. They do not like to pay and own money to other companies that they have used and will not pay them. I give them NO STARS but I have to pick at least 1 star to post this review!
