Really cuz you still charging me 150 Dollars a month told me I can cancel anytime but when I go you guys tell me that I have to pay the whole year in advance not impressed with your classes or the staff
Please don't use this gym. They are really scummy. They can get your credit card information when you have already cancelled that card which is really strange. The bathrooms are disgusting and most of the employees aren't helpful. How can a gym send me to collections without my social security number? A subscripiton service like this shouldn't be acting that way. They will justify it as standard gym practice but how can you be that scummy? You would be better off at a planetfitness cuz they are much more easier to handle when you have to cancel.
Love this gym a lot! Recently I decided to start my own fitness and weight loss journey, and a big part of that for me was regular work out sessions. While my apartment complex has a gym, I found it lacking in terms of equipment and space. Luckily, I found that Tapout Fitness was only five minutes down the road! Since I signed up with them, I've never had a problem with any of the equipment. They are well equipped with machines, free weights, and cardio machines. The facility itself is spotless, the gym goers are great, and the staff is phenomenal. Because it's 24-hours, I feel that I am very flexible when planning my workout sessions around my work schedule. I decided to start taking boxing lessons with Coach Jordan, and it has been a great experience so far! I feel that I am already learning a lot and building my body. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a gym!
Hello Daniel! We are sorry for any miscommunication in this matter. We try to be as thorough as possible with all of our policies from the sign up to the end of the membership. We do realize, however there may be some wires crossed and misunderstanding along the way. When we messaged back in September about our cancel policy it seemed as there was a clear understanding so again apologies if more clarification was needed. We will do our best to keep members aware in the future. Sorry if your equipment wasn't up to par for you, this is a bit of news to us as most members praise our equipment especially over most gyms! This is one reason we let you try the gym out prior to joining in which you decided to sign up with us for a year! Not sure what happened along the way as we didn't change the equipment you were happy with in the beginning during that time period. It is our goal to provide the best customer service possible, and we know sometimes when a member is unhappy with one aspect it can leave a bad taste in their mouth even if the rest of their experience was great! Tried cancelling my membership here since a new gym opened across from my workplace. Waited out my contract because I legally signed that agreement. As the year approached I asked when I could cancel since I forgot the exact date. I was then told to come back at the end of the month, afterwards Id be charged monthly. Well I cancelled today just to be charged another $60 so I can use the gym for another 30 days when I was already there 30 days ago trying to cancel. Spoke with the exact same person too. Id understand if it helps pay the bills but the equipment is not even all that great. Not to mention terrible customer service for the average gym enthusiast. I recommend a different location or a completely different chain.
