The staff turns over constantly, which says something. The ones that are there tend to be rude. Trying to get the help that you need is near impossible. Don't even get me started if you have to call in to get meds refilled or ask a question. Since they turn over so often no one knows what is going on or who you are. Carpenter is all about volume, not quality of care. My husband and I went there for years and never once met the man.
