Not the best customer service. We came in to see what we like after making an appointment. The lady who was there was not enthusiastic at all. The store also has very limited availability to see. They also didn't have any natural diamonds to show. We wanted to see the spark between the shapes but all ring to show were made of cubic zirconia. How could you select a ring for 20K without even seeing the diamond and different shapes and how they spark. We settled on few shapes and lady told us she will follow up "tomorrow" and she never did. We had to contact her again, and then she responded that "it's been busy time" and we asked her some questions and same, long wait for response. We end up not getting a ring from this place. You are spending 20K on the ring and someone responds 5 days later and says "we are very busy". We went to another place and got a custom ring that is beautiful and service was way better.

Went on an appointment with this location. The jewelry is stunning and staff is nice. I suggest you start improving the service by offering people to sit down ( the bench was occupied by a working staff) and properly clean the display case. There were 3 places I went to that day and the experience here is the worst.

Absolutely amazing experience. While Im no celebrity, I was absolutely treated as one. Doug couldnt be more accommodating and kind. As one of the first and most important chapters in the story of my soon to be wife and I, this was absolutely perfect! I cant recommend them enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. Lets start positive. I love my engagement ring. I get compliments on it constantly. The reason for the bad review: customer service. Its awful. My husband ordered my engagement ring. He had to reach out to them multiple times to check in on the status of the ring. They responded infrequently and sometimes not at all. They kept pushing back the date it would be ready, causing him to reschedule proposal plans multiple times. They never apologized for the delays, basically just told him it happens. I emailed them a few months later to ask which curved wedding bands would work with my engagement ring. Literally never heard back. Its been more than 10 months since I messaged them. I gave up. I decided to not be their customer again. Super disappointing.
