How is this a 1 star review? We're on google maps, it can take you right to us. Were on Apple Maps under both company names. Didn't try and call during business hours and get directions? Im sorry we didnt have an ongoing firework display to lead you to our parking lot.

was refed to them for coating my 1911. google maps took me to the building that several business share and didn't see them,........edit to compay responce... shouldn't have to call outside your building to find you, didn't know you had 2 business names so i was probably looking for the wrong one...sounds like a one star to me. fireworks display? how about an obvious sign and use one business name. kind of wish i could give - stars after that response

Lets clear this up again so everyone knows. "I came into this shop and took a chance...My requirements were simple" They were not. You wanted a left handed, un popular gun, with an un popular light, with a level two option we don't offer, on a pancake style OWB holster. We advised a number of times during ordering that we do not do level two because of the lack of options that are commercially available to us, and because we were not happy with anything out there, so we avoid them. "The quality was good, the retention was good, but the thumb break had a problem" So you're saying the holster we made you was great, but the device we told you we didn't like, had a problem. So in-fact this review is skewed because you're reviewing the thumb break and not the holster. So where was I, Upon requesting the level two device, you settled on the flexible thumb break, so we showed you a photo of it, you said it was perfect for your needs, so we ordered it and built it into your custom holster. You were unhappy that it moves because it's (1) flexible, and (2) the shape of your firearm doesn't restrict it like the popular duty guns, (glocks, m&ps, etc) that have a more square profile on the back to hold it in place. The type of retention you were looking for, scuffle proof, we don't make here as we are not tooled up for it or have any of those devices available to us. This was all brought up on why we don't like using flexible thumb breaks with kydex holsters, and you wanted to proceed with the order. For all of the reasons above, we had to stand by our policy with no returns on custom orders, because in-fact it is custom and hand built to your exact specifications. Im sorry we aren't in business to trial and error for free. We are reminded yet again why we don't do level two, so i will also encourage customers to seek level two holsters somewhere else. We are industry leaders for the products we put out, and will continue making those.

I came into this shop and took a chance. I needed an outside waist band holster, left handed, for a Walther P99c with a Viridian CTL on the rail. My requirements were simple, a kydex holster with friction retention and a thumb break. I was informed that a thumb break is not normally used, however my needs require a second level of retention. I had intended to purchase a double magazine pouch with a similar type of retention as well. I placed my order, paid, and waited two weeks. I brought my pistol in and they made the holster in two days, which was nice. The quality was good, the retention was good, but the thumb break had a problem. It was not installed in a way that would hold retention properly in a scuffle, which is the intent of having a second level of retention, of course. The flexible portion of the thumb break would roll over the back of the slide and out of the way, allowing the pistol to be removed without defeating the break. I brought this issue to the attention of two employees, one of them named Brian, and Brian did not offer to do any rework and refused to refund my purchase. In fact, when I asked if they would be willing to give me a refund he said, "Not at all." This is not acceptable customer service. I did not get the product I had asked for and they took my money. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I brought in my Glock 17 Gen 5 with Holosun Red Dot and TLR2 Light for a custom holster. Impossible to find a traditional holster that fits this configuration. They had it made and back to me in two days. I am very happy with the quality and slim design. Recommend this company for any custom holster!

Sent my upper lower and handguard to them to get cerakoted (take almost a month to get back) and did a terrible job with no quality control... Bubbles all over the place, cracks in the upper and lower receiver I'll have pics attached. If you can't see the pictures click on my name you can see them better. Update: they don't even sandblast your product first to prep it they just go over top
