Jason, please know that we take your review seriously, and that we take great pride in treating all our customers with the utmost respect whenever possible. As we know, respect is to be given if expected to receive. We sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. Our staff appreciates people and customers, they strive to be courteous, respectful and polite to everyone regardless of someone elses attitude. As we know, occasionally this can be a challenge as anyone can have a bad day. This is the first time we have received any kind of complaint regarding the person you mentioned in our service dept. That person has been with us for several years as a good employee with a positive attitude, especially towards customer service. You were given transportation to the hotel and given a special hotel rate on our behalf with follow up to make sure you were taken care of. Your truck was repaired to your and your companys satisfaction. When you left you shook hands with our service staff and exchanged mutual apologies, and implied that you were happy. We have a long-standing relationship with the company that you represent, and we will be following up with them on this important matter. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

So, to say that the experience I had here was bad would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in the door, the first lady to greet me (well not greet so much as scowl) was rude, I asked where the repair lounge was and she looked at me like I was from another planet, then grunted ad pointed behind her. Great start, (I sort of knew what to expect when the sign out front says Jesus loves you) then get to the back and gee I'm sorry I'm bothering your counter staff in the repair department by asking where the lounge is, total jerk running the counter, really wanted to throw something at him. How a jack a$$ like this can be allowed to work anywhere is a mystery. I guess since they are the only game in town they can be jerks all day. Went upstairs to the dirty lounge to wait. Now the delays (three days) were not the fault of woody's thats not what the review is about, in my entire three days there on and off I only dealt with one, let me repeat that ONE person who was not a jerk, and that was the manager of the repair department, i watched the jerk behind the counter be rude to everybody who came in. Also really questioned the end result of things, not sure the truck wasn't actually fixed, as when it was wheeled out to do a load change the check engine light was not on anymore, and when I asked about this the jerk behind the counter became very evasive. Very bad experience would recommend everyone go somewhere else. UPDATE FROM RESPONSE FROM OWNER-I'm not the person you think I am. You have responded to the wrong customer. I did love that your response mentioned "respect must be given to be received" I think that says everything about your approach to customer service. "If you start by treating us well, we will treat you well, but if you don't treat us well, we are entitled to treat you badly." Got it, read the review and the response from the owner to understand what your getting into. Especially since you KNOW the issues you had with another customer and thought that person was me. Guess you might have more of an issue with "customer service" than you think. Have a nice one. LOL
