Nice dealer. Nice inventory. Most of the employees there are very nice. But Mike deeth needs to stop acting like he is the KNOW IT ALL of detailing. He needs to realize that because of him , people in detail leave.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Rude, unyielding not helpful at ALL to travelers with a broke down vehicle over four hrs from home.... Never ever go there!!!!

My husband Terry and I had a great experience at New Way Ford. Mike our sales person knew what he was talking about from the get-go. We bought our truck on a Saturday brought it home on Tuesday after they put the tuxedo tanue cover ,mudflaps , Carheart seat covers and last but not least the weather tech floor mats in place. We love it that they added free oil changes for the time that we own our new F150. The ride in our new F150 is outstanding! The whole experience at New Way Ford Could not have been any better than it was. People are courteous and knowledgeable.

I went there on a wedsenday to look at a truck loved the truck they couldn't fiance me which ok I call my bank the wouldn't give enough money I call and told them . The said they had another way to do it I said ok try it then I call yesterday at 1120 am they said the call me never called and sold truck thay nighy with no call
