I would never recommend this place to anyone. The young girl behind the counter is extremely rude and and acts like the customer is an inconvenience. The old lady that works there is just as rude and very unprofessional. I would give no stars if I could.

Melissa, Can you please tell us what you ordered? or when you visited our establishment? We have no record of your name? We pride our selves on great customer service as you can see by our reviews. Your review sounds fake, as you do not list your item or your timeline and are attacking our staff. If I could give them no starts I would. They where so unfriendly, I pushed it passed. I had a dead line and addressed that to them when I placed the order and the promise was not delivered on top of that they where rude about it . Costumer service is a dying field.

I have been using Inline Blueprint for years. Always very professional & they work with us extremely well. They printed personalized calendars for me & they turned out great! Our company uses them for all of our plans and copies and they are ready when we need them.

I am very sorry if you feel this way but you have never been to our place of business, interacted with us, or done business with us at all. We strive for the best customer service and treat all customers with respect. It shows on your Google Plus page that you gave two bad reviews for my local print shop in California and another hair salon in Illinois. Posting a review on business pages that you have not done business is wrong and very harmful to the company. Please remove your review as it does not pertain to our business.

Horrible customer service and their not even an option on google defiantly would never contact this place for any of their services with rude employees and horrid service!!! Sorry I'm big on the environment of a business determines the work they do....
