I had high hopes for Hackett but it did not deliver. Tiny wings, tiny portions, cold food and $50 later we had to go somewhere else to get full.
I apologize for your extended wait. Weekends are extremely hectic and orders can run behind. I'm sure the kitchen was overwhelmed and understaffed. However, I will forward your review to our management staff so that everyone will be aware and also if you have an issue please just ask for a manager we would like to get you out as soon as possible that is why we shut on-line and call in orders down so that the kitchen staff can take their breaks and get orders caught up. Called in an order to go. Three people worth of food. We waited in the lobby over an hour. Most of the employees were coming out to the lobby talking to friends and family. Three hostesses standing at the front doodling on the desk. Finally had to go ask for our order. Still wasnt done. Finally got it an hour and nine mins later.
