Really disappointed from this travel agent i would have less space to write in my personal experience. All i would say is please go to somewhere else but not this travel agent. We are waiting outside the hotel in makkah for 4 hours and gate is closed no one is answering the phone. They dont even answer the phone during the day time aswel.
