My experience with Planet T's was AWFUL. I put in an online order for 7 shirts for my in-laws 40th anniversary. I called after placing the order online which was not that bad actually, however it's hard to be happy with an online experience when the product I received was so poorly executed on. When I arrived to pickup the shirts the first problem I noticed was that I had placed a shirt order for a 3t and 4t -- the 4t shirt was significantly smaller than the 3t. When I showed the staff this agreed but said there was nothing they could do for me. They kept telling me it was a supplier issue and manufacturing issue. When I pointed out that I bought the shirt from them not from the supplier they doubled down that they can't guarantee the shirts they sell. I asked them if I could look for a larger 4t shirt as this one was really small, not to mention the fabrics and shape of the shirt were much different than the other shirt. Everyone of their employees saw the shirt abs agreed the size was terribly off and even stated they hate that brand of the shirt. They let me know that they don't carry any small sizes in stock and they wouldn't do a refund for me on the shirt because their manufacturer won't take the shirt back and is unresponsive to refund requests. I again let them know that that sounds like their issue, not mine as I am their customer not their manufacturers. Ironically they were treating me the same way as their "terrible manufacturer" treads them! It seems like false advertising to show two exact same shirts online just different colors and have them be two totally different shirts. Definitely not helpful if you are trying to do group shirts. Upon looking at the rest of my order, they had gotten 3 of the the 5 adult shirts completely wrong. We looked at what I submitted and they took ownership that it was their fault and rushed the order to have it redone the next day. I might have given them 2 stars on this review had they not botched one of the shirts and printed the design crooked on the side instead of centered. However we needed the shirts that night so we had to go with it. Overall, really really not impressed with their customer service or attention to detail. I felt like I offered them a million suggestions of how they could help make this right and they declined them all saying they can't be held responsible for shirts they advertise and print on- these are manufacturer issues:/ . Over a $20 shirt! Poor business practices for sure. I did advise them they should choose a new manufacturer if they know this is a repeated issue as their business is on the line - I for one will be choosing not to do business with planet t's again- because that's my choice :)

We do understand your frustration however when you called the shop to have your order altered 3 days after placing your order. You were informed that your order was already in production and as matter of fact halfway finished. When you placed your order in shop in person you signed a document that clearly states that once your order is in production you cannot and we will not change anything on the order and you signed off on agreeing to said terms. You paid for in full for us to start production. At this point the only thing we can offer is to create a new order with your new alterations.

Find somewhere else. 1 there way over priced. 2 I went in on a Friday and over the weekend we decided to change something we called cus we know nothing had been made. Once we spoke to one of the employees even though nothing was made he WOULD NOT let us make a change we offered to pay For a change NOPE. to think we were about to spend 1500 bucks With theses clowns glad we saw this take place now before doing more business with them.....

Incredible service & high quality printing! I can't express my gratitude to the staff at Planet T's enough. Over the past few years, I've used this place for various printing needs. This time i was in a bind for time and needed the items by end of week (5 days from drop off). They did it the same day. Impeccable quality! I called 6 other places in the area before finding Planet T's. Next time I'll save myself the hassle, and go straight here! thank you!

We had previously altered the artwork in house to remove imperfections within the artwork. We did not realize that the artwork was slightly diferent when the order was placed online. There was no mention of artwork changes in the online notes. We did own up to our mistake and would replace them at no change. We do let customers know that if misprints are not purchased, they may be donated to goodwill to off set our waste cost. We are still willing to reprint the shirt with the new artwork. We do apologize for any convenience this has caused.

Seems as if company has a hard time owning their mistakes. We were repeat costumers, until now. Company put wrong logo on product, said they would re print but in doing so they were going to donate our product to Goodwill. We were shocked... if your were going to donate our product (our logo) for free why not give back to costumer? If we had given the wrong logo we wouldve owned that mistake, however correct logo was on order but wrong logo printed. Wouldve recommended and used in future until this incident, found it to be less than professional. After reading other reviews seems to be a pattern of behavior. Do NOT recommend this place!
