We did tell you that the shirts will be ready two weeks ago and left you all a message on the 17th . Again I apologize for whatever you were unsatisfied with.

I would have given him and them a lesser rating if I could. They told us that our shirts would be ready in 7-10 business days and it took almost 2 months and the shirts were a mess and wrinkled when we picked them up, the owner didnt convey messages back to the workers in the back on time or he completely forgot. The communication with this place is horrendous, they wont call you and let you know when they are finished with your order and when you go and pick them up, the work is low quality and sloppy. Theres cat hair everywhere in the building, so you start to sneeze when you pull your shirts out of the bag to inspect them... I would have never wrote a bad review on anyone seeing how I am a business owner myself but the old rule of thumb is 3 strikes and youre outand there was 6 or 7 strikes within the first week.
