My car was in the shop for a month. It took over 2 weeks for them to get the part that I needed. No one from the service department ever contacted us, we had to call. Ihad my car in to be fixed in November and had to put it back in the shop 2 days later. I was not informed until calling several times that a part had to be special ordered and it would take over a week to get it. It then took another week in a half to complete the repair. Very dissatisfied will not use them again. Mike is terrible at customer service.
