We contacted SEP because we were in need of a long term rental while building our dream home in Sedona. They were quick to take our rental application fees, $35 for each of us even though we are a married couple...a typical credit check costs $15 each. After we dropped off the application, Raphael called the next day to tell us that they were "very excited" to present our application to the owner. Almost a week passed and we heard absolutely nothing from them, even after I had emailed about another property listed on their website. Needless to say, we gave up and found a property on our own. Perhaps they are adequate in their management of vacation rentals, but go elsewhere if you're looking for a longer term rental. The staff was disingenuous and absolutely NO help!!!

We lost our home due to foreclosure so we filled applications 2 even for merrid couple $35.00 ea. Typical ripoff one year rental offering full amount of whole year rental in advance. They turn our offer down. What the IDIOTS. Please stay a way from this joint, unless you need trouble.

Elite Properties has been a delight to work with from initial contact to my current experience in a beautiful home rental in Oak Creek Village. Great service, always going beyond expectations, caring staff you can count on - You have gone above and beyond expectations for us these last 6 years addressing repair issues, purchasing appliances when needed, and quickly finding tenants who always paid on time. The company seem professional but the house we are presently renting is not as expected. We have asked for a meeting to resolve things and will report back with an extended review when that is completed
