I will not be back to this establishment. Roman was great and awesome but when it was time for the deal I was told that the car was a 6k increase with tax and some more. He told me he could knock 1k off before he went to ask his fincial manager Majic to talk to me. He came out and told me to my face he was not going to discount or lower anything for me. Even gave me the run down about I might take the vechile and sell it for an extra 2k. Hello! I need a vechile to drive and keep im not trying to sell it else where. He even told me he take 100 off to make it feel like I win if it makes me feel better. He was the worst and clearly had a look at me being an african american male and I could see in his eyes as he smirked and said No to me. Thats fine I rather spend my money else where then to feed this greedy hog any extra cash. Please avoid this place because u be treated poorly and they sales techniques is sorry..

Bought a nice BMW off of them when it was Reeves. They gave us a $300 voucher to use for one service visit. We had to go for a recall and the service dept talked my wife into an oil change...no biggie he said he would honor the balance of the $300 on her next service visit. She called to find that Reeves had sold. Rather than try to work with her, Bob in service couldn't find her paperwork, then text her back to happily tell her that they found it but it was only good for one visit and they would not honor the balance. Any of you who own BMW, Mercedes, Porsche know that $150 is pocket change when it comes to service. We had maybe $150 left on it. He stuck to his guns and would not Budge. Well no worries This is our 5th BMW, we have a Porsche as well. We won't be going back there. What he didn't know is that she wanted to get it serviced and look to trade it in. When we called the other BMW dealer in the area they ask if we minded sharing what was bringing us in. They agreed to honor her voucher and will get our new purchase business! Mrs Reeves ran a superb business. They lost a loyal customer over $150.00.
