After 3 years being here you always have ups and downs but I would by far consider one of the many newer locations downtown. The sound quality is awful so you hear everything between walls, especially when your neighbors have domestic disturbances more than I can count.. If you tour the location I would consider looking around to see the trash located randomly around buildings and the constant dog waste. As a pet owner it gets frustrating.. ***thanks for the response below considering I put my notice in several days ago and nobody has reached out to me to ask what would keep me here I feel the response is just to show the community you mean well.

Have been here 2 months. I'll update when I leave. I am renting through Arkansas suites which is certainly more expensive but definitely nicer than just straight renting. The complex is nice. The apartments are well built. The maintenance staff is very friendly. The pool and pool furniture are very nice. It could be deeper and have the ability to swim a bit more.. A hot tub would be a great addition. To date the staff has been friendly and helpful, I have had no complaints. The gym is on the small side but adequate and has most things I like to have. The location is very nice, almost anything you could want is within a 10 min drive. My main complaint is the internet. DSL as an only option is not acceptable in my opinion. The fastest internet connection available is 18 mbs, which is pitiful in 2017. If I had known about this beforehand I would have considered not moving here. I would recommend people not stay here on that alone. That being said my feelings on the complex as a whole are positive. edit 11/2/2017 Internet is still my number one complaint and as of today the leasing office has informed the tenants that they will no longer be accepting packages at the office to avoid liability. I'm not very happy this is happening as it puts my packages more at risk to be taken.

Great place to live!!! I never had any big issues while living there, all small issues were handled promptly and professionally. The manager Mrs. Jones was great she always went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed, the entire staff treated us like family instead of tennant's. If I ever move back to the area and decide to rent, this would be my only choice hands down!!!

I've lived here about 3 months and have had nothing but good experiences with Maintenance and the Office Staff. The property is beautiful and they are constantly adding amenities or extending hours to ensure that all the residents get to enjoy the pool and the movie theater past office closing hours. The gym is great, and I am in love with the blonde leasing agent, seriously. Like I'm going to marry that girl one day.

The place looks good on the outside but on the inside you're getting a very basic overpriced apartment staff is horrible very dishonest Petty people I followed the link in the response text sent as expected I got no response just like when I was living there don't waste your money go to another property
