My experience with this company is the worst. Sonia is terrible at returning phone calls and Ernie is impossible to deal with. We ordered shirts for our club that we had ordered the year before. The order we received was done in the wrong color ink, the shirts were printed crooked, the printing was wrinkled and there were missing shirts from the order. Rather than try to fix the problem Ernie told us that missing shirts and poor quality printing was just something that we should expect. We are supposed to pay for shirts that aren't received? Really? And they screwed up and print shirts crooked and we are supposed to pay for those too? There is zero quality control with this company and they expect the customer to eat the cost of their screw ups. This biggest issue was that this was a reorder of shirts from the previous year. They printed the shirts with the wrong color ink. Rather than admit they messed up they expected us to just deal with it. Our club has specific colors. It would be like telling the Rams football team to accept red and gold shirts instead of blue and gold and just be happy. Obviously the teams colors matter and so do our clubs. Beware of this company. They offer poor quality products and terrible customer service and expect the customer to live with their short comings. Their shirts are not a deal and you will not be happy.

I emailed, called, and even texted asking for quotes. Someone did respond but kept lying about them sending me emails and proofs. When texting them, they said theyd send me a mock that night and never did. Idk why they insisted on saying they sent things when they never did. The AeroDesign team Im on has competition in two weeks and we needed team shirts. We wasted a whole month dealing with the back and forth of this company that now we have scramble and find a new company. We used this company last year and everything went smoothly but now its just no the same. Id say to just go elsewhere because the customer service is terrible.

For those who are looking to have shirts made a word to the wise... DO NOT use 5 Dollar School Tees. We recently reordered shirts from them and they gave us shirts using colors that were not on the previously approved proof. Their justification for this is that is was a new order and that we did not specify the colors with a color number. On the right is the original shirts they did for us, on the left is the new shirt. Not even close. They did the original shirts, they should have used the original color palette from the first order.
