My rent is set up on automatic because I travel every few weeks but if their systems doesn't take the payment they easily put a 3 day notice on your door without sending you a message that their automatic payment doesn't take payment at the end of your lease. They have horrible customer service sometimes and during a pandemic you would think they should be nice especially to tenants who always pay online without ever having any issues. Dont move here if you want to be respected as a great tenant. They raise rents 10%-13% every year so find somewhere that cares more about you than their bottomline.

Pros of this complex: Erin and Bashara are wonderful, friendly, and the most efficient management I've experienced. Stellar maintenance service and no pests/bugs, had a very temporary ant infestation (those giant ants that come indoors from rainy months) that was quickly taken care of by pest control. In a convenient location in town and the apartment complex is well maintained. We love the amenities, mail hub, and the elevator is incredibly convenient. If my review was about the management this would be a 5/5 review. Cons of this complex: You can get disrupted by neighbor noise. I was barely getting 3-4 hours of sleep for months. We got unlucky twice in two separate apartments in the community with excessively loud neighbors on the bedroom side of our apartment. You can definitely hear a lot through the walls when it is night time. This is my biggest gripe about living here as we've had nightmare neighbors. Screaming kids (not your normal playing but crying screaming), arguing in the apartment, and bringing arguments outside into the hallways. We have new neighbors now, sleeping peacefully and getting a full night's rest...at this time enjoying the apartment again.

Weve been living here at Ventura pointe for 2 years now and our experience here has been nothing but extraordinary! From everyone in the office starting from the top Erin, Shara, Karint to the maintenance team who are always on top of everything, you get a true sense that they really take pride in the work that they do and they truly value and care for you here as residents. The apartments are lovely, amenities are great and the grounds are always well maintained. Looking forward to another year here!

Cesar Villegas and his team that manage this complex are the best! I had to quickly find an apartment and needed to expedite the application process without any delay. If you're tired of the standard unresponsive and unprofessional service from most apartment complexes... you'll quickly see that Ventura Pointe raises the bar! Take the time to visit in person, you won't be disappointed. Clean, updated and secure is what you'll see. I manage everything via their tenant portal from my phone too! br

This is not the place for you if you expect to be treated with courtesy and respect by management. Specifically, Erin Balta. She is very rude and unprofessional, and is unwilling to take your issues seriously. She is very facetious and nothing short of a liar. Beware. Bashara Caldwell on the other hand is amazing, considerate, professional, and worth talking to if you have an issue.
