The company was to come to my house over a week ago at 9. They called at 9:30 to say they were running late. (The discussion I had with them was that we needed to be done by 10 due to work schedule.) We had to cancel. I then gave this company another chance. The next appointment was set for a Monday at 9AM. They called again to say they were running late because they scheduled a home inspection before my appointment. Again, we made adjustment to my work schedule to be home for this appointment. I was told they may be there around 10, but were not sure of the time. I asked why my appointment keeps getting moved back. The guy was very rude and HUNG up on me. I will NOT use this company again. I have given them 2 opportunities and they failed both times.

Came to hook up gas dryer. Didn't check to make sure inside the dryer was connected so gas started filling my mother's home. Had to call someone else

The HomeTeam has engaged Lentz Plumbing to provide Sewer Cam services for our home inspection clients over the last 10 yrs. Bob Kennedy, the owner, performs each sewer cam we require. He always exercises care for our client's property; is doggedly persistent in finding a way to complete occasionally difficult sewer inspections we encounter and has proven himself reliably honest in his reporting. Lentz replaced the sewer lines outside our rental home in February and they still haven't came back to complete the yard they dug up. They left huge rocks, tree roots, etc. Our house is the complete eyesore of a nice neighborhood. We call them every week and they say they will be out an don't show up. I would highly recommend using another company.
