Had an eye appointment, got the prescription, picked out frames and everything. Was told to pick up the glasses but because of Covid they were closed. Called to pick up and the glasses are now suddenly vanished and want me to do the whole process again after already taking the money. Makes zero sense! Got robbed from glasses basically at this point. They wont even give me my prescription to go somewhere else!
El servicio de recepcionistas excelente al igual que las doctoras, y las que hacen los estudios de los ojos, pero PESIMO servicio cuando se trata de checar que lentes compraras , las tres empleadas que estaba para ayudar a escoger y hacer El pedido de graduacion de lentes, son pésimas al hablar con la gente, no tiene profesionalismo al servicio al cliente.( malas caras,actitud negativa, malísimas al explicar, enojonas)

I am expressing my gratitude to have Dr. Mandell as my ophthalmologist. The doctor is always engaged and is sincerely interested in my health. His degree of empathy that i so much need is often absent in other health practitioners. The clinic runs a tight ship while continuously monitoring my condition with what seems state of the art instruments and knowledgeable assistants.
I am satisfied with the service my son has received thus far. We are from Illinois where he was receiving excellent care from his eye specialists. Since my son, now 30 years old, was diagnosed with Glaucoma at 18 years old, our family has focused our attention and finances on ensuring he keeps his pressure readings down through the use of medication and laser eye surgery. This clinic reminds me of an inner city clinic where service is friendly and PROFESSIONAL but I cannot help but wonder if he is receiving the best care for his eyes.
